 3NOD Technology Group was founded on July 3, 1996 in Shenzhen, China. 3NOD is a hi-tech enterprise whose acoustics products have been designated a "National Spearhead Project" as well as the "2001 New Product of National Importance." 3NOD is ISO9001 certified and has been granted independent import and export rights by the Chinese government. 3NOD is also one of ten "key research institutes of the nation" selected by China's National Research Institute of R&D and Market Studies. 3NOD has thus been distinguished more than once for its innovative products and technological advances.

These products include : home theatre system, Auto speaker, Auto acoustics system, flat panel art speakers, computer & peripherals and network application products, such as computer cases, keyboards, mice, topset boxes, digital cameras, DVD players, network cards, switches, and network cabinets, etc. 3NOD has successfully developed digitally-controlled virtual surround sound technology. The 3NOD digital is the national leader in the field. Its outstanding function and competitive prices have been warmly received by the public worldwide. 3NOD's digital multimedia products are included in the product lines of more than 10 well-known electronics brands in China, such as TCL and Baida Fangzheng.
